Job Description

We are seeking a passionate, creative, and visionary Head of Art to lead our Art Department and inspire students through an engaging, skills-based, and expressive curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the Art curriculum across year groups.
Foster a vibrant artistic culture within MIS.
Mentor and support Art teachers in planning, teaching, and assessment.
Organize exhibitions, and creative events.
Manage and coordinate school-wide decoration.
Encourage student exploration across a range of media, techniques, and artistic styles.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s (or higher) in Art / Fine Arts / Art Education.
Experience in a British or international school setting.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Ability to inspire creativity, innovation, and self-expression.
