Develop and implement lesson plans that meet school and curriculum standards.
Facilitate engaging and interactive English language arts instruction for senior-level students.
Assess and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and support to enhance learning.
Prepare students for standardized tests and assessments.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
3-5 years of teaching experience in a senior high school setting.
Valid teaching certification or license.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create an engaging and dynamic classroom environment.
Proficiency in integrating technology into the teaching process.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring students.
