📢 We’re hiring a Managing Director of Schools to join us in the upcoming school year!

This leader plays an integral role supporting our network’s four principals and three schools to meet our ambitious performance goals across the middle and high school grades. The Managing Director of Schools supports the vision, strategic academic and cultural plans, and results across all three Valor campuses, executing the broader strategy set by anchor leaders.

We’re looking for an experienced school leader with a proven record of results, a “whatever it takes” mindset, and the ability to scale systems and lead teams. The position is full-time, based in Nashville, with a salary range of $113,750–$136,250 plus benefits.
