Heritage International School is looking for a Business Development Manager to spearhead growth, strategic partnerships, community outreach, and lead people and culture initiatives.

This role is ideal for a dynamic, results-driven professional with experience in:

– School admissions & enrollment expansion
– Stakeholder and alumni engagement and corporate partnerships
– Developing marketing strategies
– Driving organizational growth and expansion
– Leading recruitment, retention, and professional development strategies
– Overseeing staff wellbeing and developing a strong and successful school culture.

Experience Required:
– 6–8 years of experience in business development, school admissions, organizational development and staff development.
– Background in the education sector is essential
– Strong communication and collaboration skills.
