📢 We’re Hiring: Female Academic Director – International School in North Riyadh

We are looking for a highly experienced and passionate Female Academic Director to join our team at an international school located in North Riyadh. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading academic planning, curriculum development, and ensuring excellence in teaching and learning across the school.

🔹 Position: Academic Director (Female)

🔹 Location: North Riyadh

🔹 Employment Type: Full-time

🔹 Start Date: Immediate / As Agreed

✅ Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same role at an international school.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of curriculum design and academic standards (preferably American or British curricula).
• Experience in teacher development and performance evaluation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field (Master’s preferred).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

🛠 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the academic vision and strategy of the school.
• Supervise and support heads of departments and teaching staff.
• Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
• Monitor student performance and progress.
• Organize professional development programs for staff.
• Maintain high standards of teaching, learning, and discipline.
